Dispute about a specific auction? Open it from your Account page — that’s the fastest path. Email support only if you can’t access the form.
Identity verification questions? Allow up to 24 hours after submitting your Ghana Card before checking in. We’ll email you when the review is done.
Payment issues? Have your Paystack reference number handy — it’ll be in your confirmation email.
